~Aaron & Deborah Billingsley
Our story is much like many of yours. We were living down in the Treasure Valley, I am a city firefighter and Deborah was working in health care. We were living the typical suburban life; raising kids, participating in youth activities and sports, skiing, biking, exercising and enjoying the local arts and activities. As our kids grew, we decided we wanted to slow some things down and start enjoying our daily lives to their fullest. We wanted to immerse ourselves in nature and really get to know the world we lived in. We also wanted to live in a smaller community where we could get to know our neighbors and wouldn't have to sit in traffic to get everywhere. We relocated to McCall the winter of 2013 and began our enjoying the "mountain life".
We opened the doors to our store in June 2018. We wanted to create something that not only provided much needed products but also a space that was warm and inviting and fostered individual creativity. We strive to maintain a physical shopping space that you can come in to, see and touch products and explore what we offer in person.
The ever changing nature of the "shopping environment" and the evolution of web based consumerism is challenging, but we value brick and mortar stores and feel they offer irreplaceable experiences. We strive to maintain a physical shopping space that you can physically come to, see and touch products and explore what we offer in person. We still crave person to person interaction and want to provide that experience.
COVID has created many restrictions, however, we are seeing that we can adapt and continue to provide supplies for you.
We look forward to expanding our inventory and providing more and more activities for our local community to enjoy, use and create.
Our store is independently and locally owned and operated. We are open four days a week; Mon., Wed., Fri., and Sat. Any time the lights are on, either Deborah, myself, or family is there to help you. It is a pure joy to see our friends faces and to meet new people, learn their stories, see their talents, and share our dream with them.
We look forward to seeing you,
Aaron and Deborah Billingsley
